subject to correctness of information provided regarding eligibility and receipt of consideration amount. In case, the above mentioned account is closed or does not have adquate balance to deduct the premium on the due date with your Branch office, you will cease to be a member of this scheme from that date and, no liability will be accorded on the Bank or Insurance company.
